The U.S. government will fail in stopping AT&T in buying Time Warner ($TWX) ($T).The terms of the deal is as follows at the time of the annoucement:Under the terms of the deal, Time Warner shareholders will receive $53.75 per share in cash and $53.75 per share in AT&T stock for a total deal price of $107.50. The government presented a weak case. Forcing the telco to sell DirectTV is even worse a suggestion because AT&T would lose the benefits of integrated the verticals, from cable to content. $TWX, Time Warner Inc. New / H1 TWX Will get bought out. Agree or disagree?
